Thanks for taking the time to let us know.. It seems there's a typo in the generated XML - We'll fix that asap, but until then you could open up the XML file in notepad or any text editor and replace:
changefreg with changefreq

Not at this time, though it does break them up into useable chunks based on the original Google specs.
